Careers At St. David’s Day School

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma. We are looking for teachers with the following skills.

• Knows and utilizes positive guidance techniques.
• Able to counsel children when social, academic or adjustment problems arise.
• Maintain an orderly environment during class times.
• Supervise children by sight and sound at all times.
• Can demonstrate proper implementation of classroom activities
• For assistant teachers – help lead teacher establish developmentally appropriate room arrangement, décor and learning environment.
• Effectively communicate with parents
